Sony Network Walkman NW-E507 (1GB) review
Reviews While the graphic designer or musician carries an iPod, the Arabian Prince or Maharaja will only be seen with a Sony player. Glittering like a sacred jewel, the NW-E507 is a 1GB flash-based MP3 player capable of storing around 700 songs -- that's...

Hi-Grade DMS II review
Reviews Someone at Hi-Grade boiled the eye of a newt and the tongue of a toad together, resurrected the designer of the Sony Betamax and forced him to sculpt the DMS II's chassis. This is the Corey Haim of PVRs.

Sony Vaio VGN-C2S review
Reviews Most 'designer' laptops tend to be minuscule -- the Asus U1 and Sony's own TX Series being prime examples. Sony has bucked this trend by jazzing up its £999 13-inch range, which comes in a variety of swanky colours.

Intempo TRS-01 review
Reviews Intempo Digital made a name for itself a year or two ago with some pretty outlandish looking DAB radios that were styled by British fashion designer Matthew Williamson. This time around it's created the TRS-01 -- a compact and portable set with a...

Kodak EasyShare V1273 review
Reviews Here's a surprise in the Kodak EasyShare V1273: it's a designer, metal-bodied compact with a touchscreen interface, automatic scene recognition and priced around £170 to appeal to an altogether more stylish set.

Sagem my300C review
Reviews DesignIt may not have a designer label, but the my300C is worthy of a fashionista's pocket. Sagem is synonymous with cheap and cheerful mobile phones that look and feel a little plasticky, to say the least.

Samsung YP-Z5 (2GB) review
Reviews Not only does the YP-Z5 pay homage to the familiar nano chassis shape, but the company also recruited software designer Paul Mercer, who worked on the original iPod software, to design the YP-Z5's menu interface.

Denon DHT-500SD review
Reviews Every part of the package screams designer style, the audio quality is incredible and it has enough supported formats to make a mid-range AV receiver jealous. Mention all-in-one home cinema packages to the discerning home cinema fan, and they're...

Evesham Quest A235 review
Reviews Just as you wouldn't expect to shop for clothes at ASDA and come out with an Italian designer suit, you can't expect a PC costing half a grand to have killer looks. To get the price down to just £499, Evesham has had to cut some corners.

Intel Core 2 Extreme QX6700 review
Reviews We found that with certain applications, Apple's high-end designer box is faster. Barely wrapped your brain around dual-core processors? It only gets worse from here -- welcome to quad core, by way of Intel's Core 2 Extreme QX6700.

Panasonic VDRM70B review
Reviews DesignToting around a 520g camcorder requires no more effort than lugging a one-litre bottle of designer water. DVD camcorders such as Panasonic's VDRM70B are great until you realise that mini-DVD-R/RAM discs are still very expensive and that you...

Sharp LC-32P50E review
Reviews DesignThe television boasts a designer pedigree -- it was styled by Toshiyuki Kita, a long-time Sharp collaborator, and his fame has even earned him a signature on the rear. While the TV world anticipates high definition like the second coming...

HP Mini 1000 review
Reviews Our review model featured a 60GB (spinning) hard drive -- this will be sold in the UK with a Vivienne Tam designer livery, pictured above. It may seem as if Hewlett-Packard is arriving somewhat late to the netbook game with its Mini 1000, but the...

Sharp LC32GD1E review
Reviews DesignWe like the sleek silver styling of the Sharp because it reminds us of TVs that hang on the walls of Scandinavian designer pads in Wallpaper* magazine. LCD TVs still sit in a niche market, but already Sharp is carving itself out as the...

Samsung D600 review
Reviews At the risk of sounding like a designer furniture catalogue, we have to note that the D600's black casing, with its mix of matte and gloss finishes and minimalist chrome highlights lend classic good looks to the unit.
