Sony XDR-S1 review
Reviews Replete with every major radio band, Sony is obviously aiming to ‘do digital radio’ more comprehensively than any other manufacturer. There are ten for every radio band giving a total of 40. At £150 it has some stiff competition from the similarly...

Features to consider
Reviews A tri-band phone lets you access the 900MHz, 1800MHz and 1900MHz GSM networks used in Europe. A quad-band phone also gives you access to networks in countries like the USA, which operate at 850MHz. Both these features let you wirelessly connect...

Motorola Slvr L6 review
Reviews It doesn't have the L7's expandable memory slot, it's tri-band instead of quad-band, and the screen only displays 65k colours. The Motorola Slvr L6 is a budget version of the Slvr L7. It looks similar, and at 11mm thick it's even slimmer than the...

Apple iPod U2 Special Edition (20GB) review
Reviews Flip over the device, and you'll find another distinguishing design tweak: the signatures of all four U2 band members have been laser-etched in the iPod's shiny, silver rear casing, which also features a U2 stamp and the words special edition.

Samsung SBH500 review
Reviews It's also quite light at 74g and the band connecting the two earphones seems sturdy but flexible. It has a behind-the-ear neck design so the problem wasn't with the connecting band, but rather with the way the SBH500 rested against our ears.

Panasonic SC-EN9 review
Reviews There's also a Band button to switch between AM/FM bands on the tuner and a DAB button to switch the system in DAB radio mode. Though it covers Band III broadcasts, it doesn't cover L-Band, but these are not currently available in the UK anyway.
