HP Pavilion TX1020ea review
Reviews HP is trying something new -- on one hand the TX1020ea is a Tablet PC, and on the other it's a Media Center laptop. We attribute this to the heavy hinge mechanism that transforms it from standard laptop mode to tablet mode.

Samsung Q1 review
Reviews It's part of a new breed of computer known as the ultra-mobile PC (UMPC), but cynics will argue the Q1 and its ilk are a blatant attempt by Microsoft and Intel to reverse the fortunes of the ailing tablet PC, by making it slightly smaller.

Which is the best UMPC?

LG DP391B review
Reviews For a start, the styling is really gorgeous -- it looks a little like a tablet PC at first glance, because the screen faces upwards. Life can be a little boring sometimes. Generally it's most tedious when you're sitting on a delayed train, waiting...

Reviews It uses an 800MHz Intel CPU, 1GB of RAM and Windows XP Tablet PC Edition -- although it's also possible to get it with Windows Vista Home Premium edition. The Q1 Ultra HSDPA is the third major iteration of Samsung's oft-maligned ultra-mobile PC.

OLPC XO-1 (One Laptop Per Child) review
Reviews There's also a button to flip the screen's orientation, as it can rotate through 180-degrees like a tablet, and fold back in over the keyboard. The keys need a good firm press to work, but are very well laid out in a PC style, with dedicated volume...

O2 XDA Exec review
Reviews However, users are unlikely to require the built-in keyboard all of the time, so the lid section swivels through 180 degrees, Tablet PC-style, and lays flat, leaving you with a more standard handheld configuration with the screen facing outwards.
