Logitech Wave: Best keyboard ever?
Crave This weekend we've had the considerable pleasure of fingering the new Logitech Wave keyboard, and we think it's one of the most comfortable, ergonomic and downright sexy input devices ever. Buttons that sit below your middle and ring fingers are...

Ideazon Merc Stealth: N00b-hunting keyboard
Crave Ideazon had a hefty hit with PC gamers a few years back -- the innovative Zboard keyboard, which offered different keysets for specific games. Now Ideazon's back with the altogether sleeker Merc Stealth keyboard.Instead of a swappable keyset, the...

Photos: Hands-on the LG KS360's Qwerty keyboard
Crave As much as some people love the iPhone, serious textaholics think that not having a mechanical keyboard is social suicide -- so LG has come up with the KS360, a texter's idea of heaven. When it's closed you assume it's another slider phone, but pop...

Optimus Pultius: Mini-OLED keyboard for big spenders
Crave That's why we had to pick our chins up off the floor when we saw the price of the Optimus Maximus OLED keyboard from Russia's Art Lebedev Studio. For a keyboard that expensive, it should be thinking our thoughts and typing them for us.

Logitech S530 Mac: Apple killer
Crave 'I'm a little keyboard, short and stout. Using a wireless USB adaptor, the white keyboard and mouse combo is a 'replacement desktop' for the Apple Mac, and it's stocked up with shortcut keys for Mac-specific features such as iTunes and Spotlight.

Acer TravelMate C202TMi slides into view
Crave Everyone thinks it's an ordinary laptop until you rotate the lid 180 degrees, lay it flat against the keyboard, and begin scribbling on the touch-sensitive screen. Instead of swivelling, the screen on the Acer TravelMate C202TMi slides backwards...

iPlayer+: BT phone box
Crave We have to admit being bemused as we opened the BT iPlayer+ this morning -- before we got to the digibox, a rather large keyboard tumbled from within. Using a keyboard in the living room brings back bad memories of too many media centre PCs.

Bluetooth keyboards: Give your fingers a break
Crave Fortunately, there is a solution to the small-keypad-long-email dilemma and it comes in the form of the Bluetooth keyboard. There are many to choose from, including these two -- the G-Tech Wireless Bluetooth fabric keyboard (pictured bottom) and...

Sony Vaio FZ series: Stylish multimedia laptop
Crave Its bright silver lid and matte-black keyboard section make it a real head-turner. Oddly, Sony has stuck a '1080 Full HD' sticker just below the keyboard. Media playback can be controlled via the Media Center portion of Windows Vista Home Premium...

Sony Vaio VGN-UX1XN: The devil's UMPC
Crave The 95 by 150 by 32mm chassis feels good in the hands; it's super-light (480g); it runs Windows Vista Business Edition and has a Qwerty keyboard below the screen. Then there's the keyboard, if you can call it that.

OQO model 2: A 'UMPC' that works? Surely not!
Crave Sure it looks amazing, and sure its 5-inch display slides up to reveal a Qwerty keyboard, but so did the 4.5-inch Sony Vaio UX1XN -- and that was pre-worn pants. The keyboard feels great to type on, and it even has a dedicated numerical keypad.

HP Pavilion dv6000: Lubed up laptop
Crave As well as looking like they've been greased up for a triathlon, the laptops use HP's new 'imprint finish', so the black lid and silver keyboard sections have an intricate fingerprint-style pattern running throughout.

Toshiba shows ultramobile PC concept
Crave We normally balk at anything without a physical keyboard, but the The system works surprisingly well, but if you don't fancy that, you can always bring up a virtual, on-screen representation of a keyboard or mouse trackpad.

Photos: Hands on with the Samsung Q1 Ultra
Crave We used it to enter Web addresses and send an email, and though we made the odd mistake, we think it's miles better than the keyboard on the Sony Vaio VGN-UX1XN. Most important is the Qwerty keyboard, which is split across either side of the screen...

HTC Athena: The sane man's UMPC?
Crave The qwerty keyboard looks small, but it doesn't appear as unusable as the keyboard on the Toshiba Libretto. Crave can't wait for CES 2007. There will be hustle, bustle, gambling, the international porn-star awards (which take place next door), oh...
