InFocus ScreenPlay 777: Killer whale projector
Crave Even when we told them the astronomical price tag, they had to concede that yeah, it's probably worth it. The picture quality is astounding, but then again it should be for the price. Bear in mind though, that the 777 was double the price just one...

More mini laptops: LG netbook on its way from MSI?
Crave It's also got a pretty hefty price tag -- it starts at £415 for the Windows version. The Digitimes report pegs the price for an LG netbook in the range of $625-790 (£315-400), but there are no definitive details -- UK or otherwise -- available.

TAG Heuer Meridiist: Because you're the man
Crave Disappointingly, this is a phone, not a James Bond watch with a phone built in, but it promises to combine the same engineering, quality and styling as the Swiss company's watches -- with a price tag to match.

Onkyo DV-HD805: Finally, a new HD DVD player
Crave There is no formal word on price yet, but we would hope Onkyo does its usual trick of producing decent hardware with a sensible price tag. The good news for us is that it could result in a substantial price drop for HD DVD players.

Nokia 6120 Classic: Cheap, clever and calorie-free
Crave That said, this phone has a very low price tag, coming in at about £180, which compared to the price of Nokia's flagship model, the N95, is a bargain. Nokia is a little behind when it comes to making phones that feature HSDPA (3.5G) connectivity...

Mobiado Professional 105 ZAF: What credit crunch?
Crave Speaking of price, Bamford & Sons stocks older Mobiados and operates a strict no-price-tag policy. There's nothing quite like a ridiculously priced phone to bray, "Look at me, I'm really rich, hahaha!

Philips SHB6102: Smashing stereo Bluetooth headphones
Crave Our only niggle with the SHB6102 is the price tag -- at around £100 they're relatively cheap, but still a bit steep for some mobile music fans. Hopefully, the price will come down in time. There's nothing more annoying than getting your headphone...

Bush LCD15W08DVDHD: The smallest HD Ready TV ever?
Crave There's no built-in Freeview either, a feature that would have made this a much more interesting product and would have justified its high price tag. We may think the price is a little over-the-top, but it is fair to say this TV does have its uses.

Hands-on with the General Electric G2: Compact-come-lately
Crave The G2 has a recommended price tag of £99.99, which is excellent for a compact so packed with features. But is the price right? General Electric may be the second biggest company in the world, but it doesn't have much brand recognition over here...

Blu-ray profile 1.1 player round-up
Crave We're just hoping it has a sensible price tag. If LG can keep the price at a sensible level -- rumours of a US $1,000 (£479) RRP are encouraging -- this is going to be the best choice for HD movie fans.

Fujifilm debuts classy compacts
Crave The F50fd has a US price tag of $299.95 (£150). US price is a bargainous $199.95 (around £100). We'll probably see them soon after, and although UK prices have not yet been announced, the US prices are extremely tempting.

Sony Walkman NW-A808: Punching above its weight
Crave The Sony NW-A808 will hopefully hit the UK in April, along with its 2GB and 4GB siblings, at a price tag of about £199. It's not as cheap as the 8GB nano (£169), but it offers a great deal more to justify the price difference.

FAQ: the next video game consoles?
Crave Wedbush Morgan Securities analyst Michael Pachter predicted in a report last year that the PS3 could come with a price tag as high as $500 in the US, (we at CNET think no more than £350 in the UK) if Sony thinks it can cram in enough multimedia...

Photos: SanDisk unveils 12GB microSD, 32GB Sansa View
Crave The 32GB Sansa View will also hit shelves in Feb, but with a price tag of $350 (£175). No price or availability date was disclosed for the 12GB card or, obviously, any 16GB cards. Prices for Memory Stick Duo versions will be around the same price.

Crave's guide to World Cup gadgets: Part Three
Crave The £1,700 price tag may seem expensive, but if you tell your other half that the £13,000 Sim2 C3X was your first choice, then you might just get away with it. There's no up-front fee for the TVDrive, but if you get the cheapest Telewest digital TV...
