The Fujitsu LifeBook B6210 comes with a 16GB or 32GB drive made of flash memory. A flash drive is more durable than a traditional hard drive. You could drop your laptop and at least the flash drive would continue working.

The downside: the flash drives hold a lot less than traditional drives. But the smaller capacity may not be such a problem in tablets, according to Fujitsu.
